Rosita Hall, President, Motivated Minds
Rosita Hall holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. Rosita spent 13 years in this leadership position and quickly learned the importance of heart to heart relationships as the key to creating a culture of excellence and developing and extraordinary team. Rosita was honored with many awards for her accomplishments while serving in the role as Executive Director. In 2000, Rosita quit her job and has never looked back in the 8-year period since she left her full time job. Rosita has established herself as a well respected and in demand Professional Speaker, Author, and businesswoman. She has earned her Professional Designation with the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) and is a member of the National Speakers Association. In February of 2004, she successfully launched her first book, “I Found the Answer”. Rosita has spoken to numerous organizations throughout North America about self- care, change management, leadership, teamwork and how to have fun both on and off the job!

Ronnie Moore, Moore Communications
Ronnie Moore is an accomplished trainer, speaker, consultant, and author specializing in written and spoken communication in the workplace. She has worked with a host of diverse organizations such as IHOP Corporation, Hyundai Motor Corporation and the Veteran’s Benefi ts Administration. Ronnie holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the State University of New York and Boston College. Additionally, she participates in ongoing educational and research endeavors. Ms. Moore has published dozens of articles in major consumer, trade, educational, and business magazines and newspapers. Throughout her career she has been interviewed regularly as a communications expert in major consumer, trade, educational, and business magazines and newspapers. Some of her published works include: Why Did I Say That? Communicating to Keep Your Credibility, Your Cool, and Your Cash! and Tricks That Stick, a writing reference book.

Syndester Irvin, Certified Government Administrative Manager & Professional Speaker
Syndester Irvin, called Syndi by most, is currently Secretary to the State Director of USDA Rural Development in Jackson, Mississippi. In October 1992, she joined the United States Air Force and graduated from Technical School with honors as an Information Manager. She served for six years at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan and two years at the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency, the Pentagon, and Washington, D.C. Prior to her current position, she served as an Executive Secretary to the Secretary of the Commission for the Mississippi Department of Transportation from 2000 through 2002. She is also certifi ed in Government Administrative Management through the Performance Institute, Continuing Professional Education Accreditation in Arlington, VA. She currently attends the University of Phoenix Online to achieve a degree in Business Information Systems. Syndi currently resides in the town of Flora, Mississippi.
